- 250 g pasta
- ½ cup “AMA Mad Lavning” (4% or 7% fat)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 onion or 4 spring onions
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white wine or white wine vinegar
- 2 dl vegetable broth
- 200 g Wow-Mozzarella-alternative or Wow-Cheddar-alternative
- Oil for frying
- Thicken with Maizena mixed in water if necessary

- Preheat the oven to 180-190°C.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into half slices. Finely chop the onion (or spring onions).
- Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and have released their moisture.
- Add the soy sauce and white wine (or white wine vinegar) to the pan. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the “AMA Mad Lavning” and let the sauce simmer. If the sauce is too thin, it can be thickened by adding a mixture of cornstarch and water.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the mushroom sauce. Stir in the grated WoW Mozzarella alternative or WoW Cheddar alternative until well combined.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to an ovenproof dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dish is heated through.
- Serve the dish hot, possibly with a salad on the side.
