- 10 g yeast
- 500 ml water
- 50 g oat flour
- Ca 300 g flour (save some)
- 50 g WoW-Cheddar alternative Shredded
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp maple syrup or sugar.

Yeast is dissolved in water. Add salt, sugar, oat flour, then WoW-Cheddar alternative Shredded and flour. Mix until it forms a uniform dough.
The dough should be slightly soft/moist.
Let rise on the counter for 3 hours or in the fridge for at least 8 hours (overnight).
Divide into 6 balls and place on baking paper in a mold (handle the dough as little as possible to keep the buns airy).
Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake for 12-20 minutes at 180-200°C until done (tap the bottom, they should sound hollow).
