- 100 g red lentils

- Cook the red lentils for 10 minutes and drain the water.
- Place all the vegetables and half of the breadcrumbs in a food processor along with the WoW-Cheddar alternative, herbs, salt, and pepper. Blend everything into a uniform mixture and season to taste. If necessary, bind the dough with additional breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into patties and fry in oil until they are golden brown.
- They can be served on bread, in sliders, or as a main course with fresh greens.
