  • 250 g WoW-Cheddar Alternative Shredded
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Tuscan kale
  • Pickled Hokkaido squash strips
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Prepare Crispy WoW! Break: Spread WoW-Cheddar Alternative in 4 round “rings” on parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200°C until golden and crispy.
  2. Prepare Tuscan Kale: Remove the ribs from the Tuscan kale leaves.
  3. Prepare Nuts and Spring Onions: Finely slice the spring onions. Sauté them in a pan with hazelnuts, then simmer them down with balsamic vinegar. Finally, briefly toss the Tuscan kale in the pan until the leaves change color. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Assemble: Arrange the Tuscan kale on plates and place the Crispy WoW! Break on top. Scatter the nuts and spring onions around the dish, then garnish with the reduced balsamic glaze from the pan and pickled Hokkaido squash strips.
