- 50 g WoW – Cheddar alternative Shredded
- 150 g melted plant-based butter
- 150 g flour
- 2 dl oat milk (not sweetened)
- 1 dl Ama plant-based cream
- 1 small medium spicy chili
- 2 spring onion
- ½ tbsp salt
- Ground pepper
- 1 small can of corn (140 g)
- Sweet chili sauce to serve
Corn pancakes with WoW-Cheddar alternative Shredded

- Melt plant-based butter and whisk in the flour until smooth. Then, whisk in oat milk and plant-based cream. Let it sit and thicken.
- Drain corn (they shouldn’t be wet as it will make the batter thin).
- Rinse spring onions and chop finely (similar in size to corn).
- Rinse and finely chop chili into small cubes (2x2mm).
- Add corn, spring onions, and chili to the batter and mix well.
- Fold in grated WoW-Cheddar alternative Shredded.
- Spoon corn pancakes into the pan as small blinis and fry in oil.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce and pickled onions (optional).
