- 160 g spaghetti
- 1 large leek chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 dl warm water
- 1 dl oat milk
- 2 dl pasta water
- 120 g Wow! plantebaseret shredded mozzarella alternative
- 1 dl olive oil
- Salt and black pepper

Instructions
1.Cook the spaghetti and save some pasta water before draining.
2. Sauté garlic and leeks in oil in a pot until soft.
3. Add warm water and oat milk; cook until mostly absorbed.
4. Stir in shredded mozzarella alternative.
5. Add pasta water and olive oil gradually, stirring until creamy.
6. Toss in the spaghetti until coated.
7. Top with extra mozzarella alternative and olive oil if desired, season, and serve.
